Harry, 

Did you know that the domain yourisp.com actually exists? That
means that their mail server is probably being hit with spam for
the yourname account...

If you're trying to provide a non-routing e-mail in the headers,
you can either use one of example.com, example.net, and example.org,
or you can append .invalid (.local or localhost will also achieve
the same effect).
