The latest version of the compiler is at http://www.poenikatu.co.uk/algol68/algol68toc_1.17_i386.deb You would be well-advised to get the latest version which has an updated version of 'ca'. It is possible to get a fault with the garbage collector, usually because the source program contains weird errors which are not picked up until run-time.
