Dear all: Are there established (mathematics) research publishers who, in the context of book publications, - allow the author to specify whom NOT to ask for an opinion (i.e., not to send the manuscript to), not even in a double-blind way, - and actually do respect this choice? I am welcoming positive and negative nominations, ideally including some kind of justification. I'm particularly interested in Springer. Thanks in advance, Mark
