(sigh). That isnt how IPs work. Each device has its own IP. I bet if you use the MR modem on TPG by setting the connection mode correctly and using the TPG username and password it will work fine with the TV. You can see what connection mode TPG uses by seeing what that is set to in the modem TPG supplys.
