  Of course that's possible! Do you really think that it's impossible to
determine who - i.e. which company - an IP address is currently
assigned to and used by!?

  No, *I* can not trace that IP, because I don't have a (paid)
subscription to the kind of services required to do this. But that
doesn't mean that such services aren't available. DNSstuff and
DomainTools are just two of them which I 'happen' to have in my
Favourites.

  Doesn't matter. It's all traceable.
