Job Title  : HL7 - Interface Analyst
Location   : Minneapolis,MN
Duration   : 1 year, Contract

Job Description
These roles require a combination of technical/analytical and project management skills. Must possess strong interpersonal, analytical, customer service, verbal / written communication, and project management skills, along with a willingness to learn new things. Must have previous experience in a Healthcare setting. Knowledge of HL7 is required. Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) as well as Project Management software is a plus. This is a client facing role requiring regular phone calls and emails with clients in addition to several teams

Would be assigned to multiple (5-8) client interface projects at a time, each of which could be in different stages of the development process. 

Duties include but not limited to: Manage integration projects from hand-off by client team to Go Live of the interface Lead virtual teams including client and client’s vendor resources Facilitate conference calls Create meeting agendas and document meeting minutes Create project plans Understand HL7 specifications Complete functional specifications Oversee validation testing Troubleshoot integration issues including laboratory results charting/display issues Monitor email communications closely and respond in a timely manner Understanding and usage of entire interface process Understanding and usage of toolset including Microsoft TFS (Team Foundation Server)

Familiar with Clover Leaf Development Environment.
