You have to write an assembler program using the RENAME UUO, with a new name
field set to 0, and run it from a privileged account (like 1,2). You want to
specify the [1,1] directory, give an old name of 30,2 and a type of SIXBIT/UFD/.

Read up on the I/O UUOs in the Monitor Calls Reference manuals (volumes 1 & 2).

Nothing you do at the command prompt will delete a UFD.
