There are two different Pascal compilers involved.
The Tops-10 compiler is a translation of the original ETH compiler for the
CDC 6600, done by some systems programmers at 3M.
The TOPS-20 compiler was done at, IIRC, Rutgers, and is a TOPS-20 native
program.
They share no code, and do not have the same options available.
