Zax can you please explain how a 4K Remailer can communicate with 
1K and 4K Remailers?

What are the settings on a 4K remailer that precludes them from 
communicating with a 1K Remailer?

Are there any reasons why one should NOT configure a 4k Remailer to 
communicate with a 1K remailer?
