If I were wanting a KDE Connect on a LM 22.3 such as Cinnamon, I would 
choose a similar function based on my DE's toolkit GTK, such as GS 
Connect.  That way I don't have to drag in all of that Qt stuff.

There is a lot of clutter and 'confusion' created by throwing in a 
different system like KDE apps based on Qt when LM isn't.

And, if I were 'curious' about KDE Connect, I would boot a live KDE 
distro (not LM) to see how it works.
