Silent followups are most impolite.  

Also, I note that you have switched newsserver to E-S but my query 
was about aioe.  You might have said what you were doing. 

I have now multiposted this to e-s.m as the appropriate place for this
discussion; I think E-S does not permit crossposts into its own groups.
