It died for me when the Remainder and the Boris Bashers wouldn't 
STFU.  It just isn't the place it once was and TBH I find it somewhat
monopolised by the few people left who do start threads.  I peep in 
from time to time but I just haven't felt inspired to post.

BTW, I wrote to Lydia Dustbin (V) the other day and haven't heard back;

Yes, worthwhile places are getting fewer and further between.  I see 
AB in quite a few of my lurking haunts though, he's a reliable indicator
of a worthwhile thread.   ;)

IME it's usually necessary to ask NSP admins directly to create new
froups and they generally won't play unless you're their customer.
Maybe you could get a NIN user to request them on NIN?  They're 
pretty well regarded and that would help peering and propagation.  
I would expect Solani to pick up from Ray.  The big boys are all about
bins, obvs.
