I seems to me that lists zero fixes for 140.7.2 or 147.0.2 ?

"Just"?!

They are the most important fixes. Most of the "new feechas" in releases 
which appear as default are not only of little interest, they can take a 
time to find and undo.

At least it does list two security fixes now (rather than the zero before).
