That isn't an accurate presentation of how open source works, along w/
its licensing guides.

The Moz Public License is described as:

My understanding is that BB is described as a Tb 'patch'.

But then I am NOT a 'copyright' (or copyleft) maven. Discussions and 
debates in that sphere leave me cold.
