Unless you use crypto signing by the sender (PGP or S/MIME), there is no 
way. Although, if the attacker manages to get the key, it can also sign 
them and for you it seems the real author wrote it.

As long as the attacker knows the credentials for the account, he can 
send through the mail server that will DKIM-sign it.
