| Subject | Why they exclude dlls from exe in main/popular programs? |
| From | szykcech@gmail.com |
Hi This group is heavy spammed, but I try to discus. Let's consider some programs form my c:\Program Files\ folder: Acrobat Reader Mozilla FireFox Dia Google Chrome Internet Explorer Libre Office VLC 7-zip All of these programs have excluded all code from exe to dll. I wonder why? I have some suspect ions: 1. They want to share functionality of they programs to another apps. 2. Same as 1. but in ActiveX way. 3. They want to test they program from another exe (dedicated test app). But maybe there are some other reasons for this?!? thanks and best regards Szyk Cech
