Altough I'd set all the w98 updates from https://legacyupdate.net and after it finishes *all* the updates (lots of reboots) I'd put Kernel Ex on top with software like Retrozilla and 7Zip to decompress the hosts file from the last URL: http://piteusz.ovh/files/windows/9x-nt/ http://piteusz.ovh/files/windows/2k/ https://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts2.htm Open the last URL under Retrozilla as it's an HTTPS link.
