Three months to the day I ordered this ASUS piece of shit on Dec-22 not even suspecting what lay in store. Due to the death of my younger son I did not declare the $5 chinese printed circuit joke a hopeless DOA until it was too late to to just ask for a refund so RMA became the only remaining option. Back it went AT MY EXPENSE, and it lingered there for much of this time. At first they outright LIED to me saying that the board was posting OK but said that they would send me a new one anyway. I don't know if it's a new one I got or the same one, haven't checked the numbers yet but it sure is not a new-new box and all. At one time they claimed they could not find a another one. Finally several weeks ago it shipped ...but to the WRONG ADDRESS on the north shore of the St-Lawrence valley which for someone living on Chaleurs Bay is on another planet. Both Asus and Fedex wanted me to give my correct address to which my initial response was 'you give me what you have and I'll correct it if need be'. Asus would not do so, claiming security constraints. Cute, them telling ME what they have as MY address is a security issue? Fedex never came back at all. So this morning I receive the board, set it up for intial ring-out, everything goes just fine (HUGE sigh of relief!) until it's time for the monitor to say "press 'Del' ... to look at BIOS. The keyboard is dead. Try another keyboard, AND a third, all the same. - Durgod-320 - Kensington cheapo - Steelseries gamer CMOS cleared, no cigar; swing USB ports, no cigar. These monkeys have got their fingers up their assholes all the way to the armpit for crissake! Sent them an email, starting to be short-fused.
