Presumably a package in Termux? I installed Termux from F-droid I think. And then I installed emacs from the Termux command line using: pkg install emacs and then I ran gnus with emacs -f gnus Also I installed openssh so I could transfer emacs config files via sftp. If you don't have any news server configured you can use gnus-no-server and then press B to prompt for one.
