What the fool doesn't understand is that all the developable land in Fullerton was developed long ago and there is no way to build "affordable housing" other than take someone's existing home by eminent domain. Another thing the fool doesn't understand is Fullerton is a fairly wealthy city and does not have much in the way of homeless there, other than himself. -- Jim Pennino
