And there you go off and think of electrons as if they were the same as macroscopic objects, thinking they have to physically move for some unknown reason, and precess for what must be an even more bizarre unknown reason. No wonder you don't understand any of this. Bonds, simply put, are when two (or more)* orbitals combine in such a way as the electrons occupying them are in a lower energy state than in the orbitals separately.
