Of course not. "Delocalized" just means there is no permanent assignment of
an electron to any particular atom/nucleus in a molecule.  No contradiction
with that and being fundamental.  The electron is influenced by all atoms
in the molecule.

You even do that in your spinny thing benzene animation. You show electrons
going from one atom to another.

Go read the Wikipedia pages on Molecular orbitals, Molecular orbital
theory and Molecular orbital diagrams.  Assuming you actually want to
learn something rather than be ruled by your precessing spinny thing OCD.
