Hell, you just mentioned rotational assymetry and galactic rotational curves which means you must know the disk doesn't rotate as a unit, if you bring them up. Unless you are just throwing out science-y sounding phrases such as "galactic rotational curves" out as a form of word salad without even understanding their meanings. Oh, wait...
