I had to reboot, modify shit (see below), then re-run Windows Update, etc. My home folder is "C:\\__", but I don't let Windows know that. I had to manually re-rename the "C:\\__\\My Documents" folder to "C:\\__\\Sys", modify the registry (as follows), and reboot a few times.
