If there were a company, it would have to be registered with the Secretary
of State as well as have a Sellers Permit from the Franchise Tax Board
for collection and remission of sales tax.

One could avoid the Secretary of State registration by being a sole
proprietor operating as a DBA, but that requrires resistration with
the County.

A search of the State and County records shows no such company.
