Now, if you're going to fix a horse race.. you wanna fix the horses that are the favorites. So that the longshots win and the payout is bigger. If you're going to fix lottery balls... well, sometimes they fix it so that certain numbers NEVER come out. At the race track I stay away from the nineth race because they are always fixing the last race most of the time. So, when you play the lotto... you have to figure out what are the fix numbers... cause there is no such thing as..random. Random...is an illusion.
