Take a 12 inch ruler.. measure the point from the beginning and end of the ruler... 12 inches. In a universe where light travels 12 inches a second.. the length of a 12 inch ruler no matter where that ruler is located light will always travel at the same speed the length of a 12 inch ruler. Am I wrong here?
