Undbx is an OSS program that nicely extracts emails from a DBX and writes them as separate .eml files. I may just use that or I may figure out the code. Either way, I guess I have my backup. Maybe I'll put my effort into writing an HTA as a front-end to an MSI storage file, as a way to back up old email and make it easily searchable. That would probably be time better spent than trying to write DBX code.
