I set up my other pi b+ to play through my monitor speakers using a 
hdmi cable some time ago and it works ,no problem.
Attempting to set up my new Pi2 B in the same way has outwitted me!!
If I set Sonic Pi to headphones I can hear the note on the headphones.
If I alter the setting to hdmi I get nothing which suggests an 
incorrect setting further back in the chain.
However in raspi-config I have set hdmi as well as in /boot/config.txt 
where I have set hmdi_drive=2.

Any suggestions anyone
