I like the Notification center. I like the new option to have the thing ask before saving changes to documents (and thing it should be set by default). I like the return of the 3-column view in Address Book (though I think CoBook is really slick and am using it more than Contacts) I don't like the loss of auto-lock on documents. See the recent discussions about auto-save. It hasn't otherwise had much of an impact. It's just. Pretty much everything other than those couple of things I noted above seems to work the way it worked before. There are some other more subtle changes (ie. scrollbars), and other things which I don't much use such as documents in the cloud. There are many things I haven't played with yet such as VIPs in mail, dictation, Messages, etc. May explore more later, but none of that stuff gets in the way in the slightest. Other than auto-lock, I can't think of anything lost due to the upgrade.
