Yes and you downloaded that "Flash" installer from a strange website.
There is no need to have Flash installed these days in macOS. If a
website claims you need Flash to watch a video, just go to the Safari
Develop menu and choose User Agent > and iOS string in the list. Like
magic, the video will play.
