You clearly know nothing at all about OS X if that's what you believe. You should learn a bit about things before you make such silly statements. In my experience *most* popular *nix projects compile without issue. In fact, I am posting this message from my MacBook Pro with slrn which I built with the standard ./configure, make, sudo make install: Not only can I compile and run most *nix software, but I can also run all Windows software titles I want, and of course all OS X software - more than I would be able to run with an off the shelf Wintel PC running Windows or Linux, and with a way better user experience. -- E-mail sent to this address may be devoured by my ravenous SPAM filter.
