Its real name is Higgs boson and wether the particle having been found
in CERN is indeed this Higgs-Boson is afaik still somehow unknown. Its
role in cosmogony too.=20

But you don't understand that the question how the universe came into
existance is entirely independent from the question how biological
evolution happened rsp. how and why the many different species on earth
developed.=20

Even if easter bunny created the universe or the biblical god or brahma:
that doesn't matter at all for the question Darwin answered in his book
On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection ...
