nonlinear regression solver library using the simplex method
inside the zip file of my Universal Scalability Law programs,
polynomial regression is inside CurveFit.pas and nonlinear regression
is inside TPMath.pas, look at the example inside my USL.pas program 
using nonlinear regression using the simplex method.
