I plan on making the publication totally free and targeted at casual computer users. I want to make it a biweekly magazine and though it would initially be published only online, I hope it would be received well enough for a free print edition in the near future. I am doing this because I hate how primitive most Africans are regarding tech which is why it is going to be free. Other suggestions are also welcome. My email is aayekeen@gmail.com if you want to get across personally. "tech users" and "casual users" are two different groups. _You_ have to decide who your target is. In a biog city in the US the starting point would be a good newsstand (ours is gone - in a city of 2e6 people!) or a library. Model your thing on some printed publication you find. I haven't been paying attention but my gut feeling the pickings are pretty slim for tech users, say a Dr. Dobbs like thing. A good library retains things for a little while, though.
