Position papers must not exceed 8 pages=20 and they should relate to an ongoing research or experience. Time=20 allowed, position papers will be presented by the authors alongside=20 regular papers. Alternatively, they will be placed in the category of=20 POSTER PAPERS available for viewing and discussions. Position papers may=20 be also submitted as DEMO PAPERS and presented as demonstrations of=20 software tools and products. They should describe non-for-profit=20 software tools in a prototype-, alpha-, or beta-version. We invite TWO TYPES OF POSITION PAPERS: - EMERGING RESEARCH PAPERS present preliminary research results from=20 work-in-progress based on sound scientific approach but presenting work=20 not completely validated as yet. They must describe precisely the=20 research problem and its rationale. They must also define the intended=20 future work including the expected benefits from solution to the tackled=20 problem. - CHALLENGE PAPERS propose and describe research challenges in theory or=20 practice of computer science and information systems. The papers in this=20 category must be based on deep understanding of existing research or=20 industrial problems and should be defining new promising research=20 directions. POSITION PAPER SUBMISSION AND PUBLICATION: Position papers will be published as a SEPARATE ELECTRONIC VOLUME, WITH=20 an ISBN and ISSN numbers. These papers will NOT be placed in the IEEE=20 Digital Library and will NOT be submitted to Thomson Reuters Web of=20 Science. However, they will be indexed in the BazEcon database, and=20 submitted for indexing to: SciVerse Scopus, Inspec, DBLP Computer=20 Science Bibliography and Google Scholar. Authors should submit a position paper in English, carefully checked for=20 correct grammar and spelling, using the on-line submission procedure.=20 The guidelines for paper formatting provided at the conference website=20 ought to be used for all submitted papers. The preferred submission=20 format is the same as the camera-ready format. Please check and=20 carefully follow the instructions and templates provided. Papers that=20 are out of the conference scope of the selected event, or that contain=20 any form of (self)plagiarism will be rejected without reviews.
