Snowbirds tend to park their rigs for the winter and use a smaller car to get around. In the southwest when spring comes and they want to go back on the road they may have to evict packrats, rattlesnakes, and other tenants. The snakes require some care to extract but are preferable to the damn rats building a nest and chewing on components.
