I started with the Garmin GPS II Plus and stayed with the brand. I think the II may still work but it's from 1997 before Clinton removed SA so it only shows distance to the tenth of a mile. I used the thing for my first two geocaches before I moved into the 21st century. That was one of the few useful things Slick Willie did.
