She also has a glucose monitoring system which has an app for Android. Like the company I worked for they may have decided jumping through the hoops to get an app into the Apple store wasn't worth the trouble for a very limited audience so she has a separate monitor. It must be sturdy since I gather it has had a hard life. She isn't as prone to throwing things in her older years but it gets dropped a lot.
