Used to be Nokia; these days it's apparently some manner of alliance
between a publically-traded company and an open-source governing body,
both specifically dedicated to it. The company is Finnish; I dunno
about the org. Qt definitely seems less prone to infestation with Design
Divas than the competition, in my observation.
