I swing that pupy around all day long.
Basically, my 10 lb, 4K, IPS, 60 Hz monitor just floats in the air.

Usually, it's swung Portrait.

It's super easy to move closer or farther away.
Before, I had to move my head, not my monitor.
Now I stay reclined, relaxed.

Cheaper ( < $200 ) monitor arms can't hold their position;
people use clamps to keep them in place.

Also, I'm enjoying my new thumb drive; to wit:
