I'm not Carlos :-), but yes, with MTP (USB mode 'Transferring files / Android Auto'), one can access /Android/data (and .../media and ./obb). So for example Windows' File Explorer gives you access to these folders. Albeit in Windows, this is only access *via* File Explorer, not via a drive letter or share, but that is a Windows limitation, not an MTP one.
