I have accounts at both Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk. That's one of the few that work correctly. ebay.com is a particular PITA, since it spots you're not in the US and shunts you to ebay.co.uk, even though I have a delivery address in the US and can pay by VISA or Paypal. > All phone number fields should be totally free form.
