I'm using FF 17.0.1. It was in the “View” menu, under “Font Size” or “Zoom”, then “Zoom Text Only”. The option had been disabled by default some time ago as it was in other browsers (probably Opera started that which has had, AFAIK, never an option to zoom the text only). However, it is still useful, primarily for Web develpment. I have only Firefox/Iceweasel 10.0.11 handy on this OS, and it has been a while since I used Firefox elsewhere, so I do not know if it is still there in Fx 17 (which OS?).
