There's a decent choice of newsreaders that do: Best of newsreader breed for Windows is probably Forte's Agent: http://www.forteinc.com/ the free version seems to have been withdrawn, but IMO Agent is well worth its fairly small price. If I still used Windows I'd still be using Agent.
