It's a unmoderated Usenet group, so no one.

If your post didn't make it to Google Groups, it likely got lost.  Google
Groups slurps Usenet from everywhere it seems.

It seems, you're posting using Google Groups.  They might moderate
Google Groups including posts to Usenet groups, or they may have had
some parsing or posting issue with their new Web interface, etc.

Personally, I'd expect posts through Google Groups would show up in Google
Groups, even if not sent out to Usenet.  But, it might be they post to a
major Usenet provider and read back posts from them.  In which case, it
could've gotten lost.

But, most of that is just speculation...

FYI, I see these two posts of yours on two of three Usenet servers.
I'm not sure, but the one server might filter out posts from Google Groups.

Maybe, try AIOE.org to post, or Eternal September using a Usenet capable
browser, or a newsreader.
