It is good to see that Gavino is proud of his wealth. FYI, that's not very much, BTW, and it won't last very long, BTDT. Keep working. Bernd seems _not_ so proud, or perhaps he perceives it as rude to discuss personal wealth, as many people do. Get it over it. It's not that important. >> USa is much richer than europe despite having millions of illegals and >> million of poor minorities culturally progrmamerd to never work...... >> if germany had 5% of those problems it would sink like greece and fast! > > Ah, you simply don't understand, because your view is so narrow. The > problems you have with all those poor minorities just comes from your > capitalist (and racist) society. Wealth doesn't just come out of thin air. Wealth is the byproduct of creation and work. The U.S. works longer hours than much of the world. Capitalism monetizes those creations. Capitilism lifts people out of poverty. "A rising tide lifts all boats" is attributed to Pres. John Kennedy. Well, freeloading from the government sinks all "boats". That's the problem America has today with a certain racial minority that refuses to do much work, and another racial minority who are in our country illegally. This drags everybody down into poverty, a "receding tide". They're sucking our system dry. Now, that's not a reason to be racist, but when the government refuses to do anything about the citizens concerns and lets the problems fester, then racism naturally occurs. These groups damaging America is no different than the family that can survive comfortably with two children, barely manage to survive with four children, and are destitute, living on the streets with six. They'd like to get rid of one or two kids. Americans would too. It's whats known as a related-rate problem in mathematics. The U.S. is racist? Wow, that was inciteful or "troll-ish"... It's Bernd rewritting history again. Germany has Nazi's, Neo-Nazi's, fascists, anarchists, and attempted to exterminate *ALL* the Jews via war... The German government has even refused to pay restitution fees to Jewish on $1.35 Bil. of recently recovered artwork stolen by the Nazi's from the Jews, etc. So, even your government is still racist! I guess it's acceptable for you to say the US has racism since there is no one left in your country for you to be racist against. Your country *KILLED* them all! Clearly, unlike your country, we don't get to kill all the people we don't want here. So, do you recommend the U.S. deport all those here illegally, and also return descendants of slaves to their country of origin? It's clear to Americans that Germans believe that Jews don't belong in their country. What if the U.S. took the same stance and said those two minority groups don't belong or have no right to be here? If we did, then we too could say no racism exists here either, just like you did... Is that acceptable? No, it's not. So, how do you fix the problem? You make people work. Some view that as slavery and refuse. Others come here to work. But, they did so without permission and so they can't get a legal job. So, until something changes in the laws, America is stuck paying to support two huge groups of people who do absolutely nothing for our country or economy. > It doesn't work if you have 99% poor and 1% rich. I would argue that it's healthy for a strong economy to have some wealth disparity. If there is none at all, then your economy is probably not creating much wealth. If there is much disparity, then your country has a problem with corruption, slavery, or dictators, etc. E.g., compare the GDP to Gini per country using the provided images: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gini_coefficient http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_economy Rod Pemberton
