there, or so it seems ... negative $1.43 million
in earnings per year, just a few years of cash,
security under $1 USD.  Just how does one define
a "clear victory"?  ISTM that a very realistic
outcome for both is they'll be for sale in short
order, unless those licensing fees are absolutely
outrageous, bordering on unjust enrichment.
