By this we mean that we need to raise theons for self expres level of enthusiasm for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics within the upcoming generations from primary school level upwards. There are companies that need the right sort of new-blood intake that not only has some enthusiasm for the STEM subjects, but also the desire to continue learning useful skills and techniques to create the technology that will carry their own generation's aspiration to self expression.
