No idea about MachineForth but the eForth metacompiler is on Bill
Muench's site.  I'm also interested in seeing Ting's documentation about
eForth because I've always liked his writing.  However, even though I'm
not much of a Forther, I found eForth to be pretty easy to understand by
just reading the code directly.  It was very educational in that regard.
